I had order this Wax Warmer August 12,2020. And it’s Now May 4,2021. I only have use this wax warmer less than 10 times. And now my wax warmer doesn’t get hot. It’s in perfect condition, so I’m not understanding why. I would love to get another one sent to me. Bc it is was working well, but after the 5th used it wasn’t getting hot even though I had the wax warmer on.
