I like the wax. Once I followed the instructions, it was easy to use. I will say that I didn’t know what all of the things included were. Perhaps you could include something that explains the other items as well, not just the wax? Also, my pre wax treatment says pre wax but it contains the ingredients and instructions for the after wax treatment. Same thing for the after wax. I’m not sure which is which. But overall, I am satisfied.
