I love it! It does exactly what I wanted it to do and what I needed it to do. The only thing was that the spray bottles provide were labeled wrong. Pre-wax should be before waxing and post-wax means after. When reading the directions on the bottles they said the opposite of what they were labeled which was confusing. I would also add a section in the directions to say how many bags or wax to put in for each area one may be waxing and how long it will take to melt as it does take a little while even for one bag. I do like that it has the on/off function but the wax cools off really quickly which makes it take longer to wax.
